  • The first of some "bonus coverage". Someone on the left along the rail had a flash set at full (or their ISO way too low), but I was the beneficiary... great detail in the faces as they are within 10 meters from the line. Swift (Sky, center) won the sprint over Segan (Liquigas, off frame right) and Goss (HTC, rightmost)... and no, the Jamis rider is not photo-shopped in... Thor, Freire, and Haedo are all at full gas with great expressions on their faces. I've looked through other images in the sequence and can't figure out who the shooter was - they kept looking down the course and didn't follow the sprint.... I'd gladly send them a print if they'll send me a version of their image - would love to see what they captured! Enjoy - more "bonus coverage" to come as I get time...
